Terms of Service

We Trust Pharmacy is an online shop run by a single individual seller. It is not a company, corporation, partnership or registered entity, and it is not a licensed pharmacy or dispensary. It is one person reselling sealed, factory packed nutrition products.

Stock is held at, and orders dispatched from, Shop 34, Kenorita Garment Hub, Caves Rd, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai 400060. This is a storage and dispatch address, not a retail counter, so please do not visit without arranging it first.

Everything on this site is a food supplement, protein powder and high protein food. Nothing sold here is a medicine, a prescription product or a controlled substance, and nothing requires a prescription.

All products are sold sealed in the manufacturer’s own packaging, exactly as I received them. I do not repack, decant, relabel or blend anything.

Brand names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners. I am an independent reseller and I am not an authorised distributor of, or affiliated with, any of these brands.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm that the details you have given are accurate and that the delivery address is in India or the United States.

You are responsible for checking that the product is legal to import and use where you live, and suitable for you given any medical condition, allergy or medication.

Nutritional figures, ingredient lists and claims on this site are taken from the manufacturer’s own packaging and published information. I copy them as accurately as I can, but the label on the pack you receive is always the authority.

Manufacturers change formulations and packaging without notice. Product photographs are illustrative; the pack design you receive may differ from the image while the product itself is the same.

Prices are shown in INR for India and USD for the United States, chosen from where you are browsing and changeable from the footer. Each storefront has its own price list; totals are not converted at checkout.

Prices may change at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If an obvious pricing error appears, I will contact you and offer either the correct price or a full refund. I will not silently charge you more.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when I confirm it and set it to Processing. I may decline an order for the reasons listed in the Cancellation Policy, including stock that turns out not to be available.

Stock counts on product pages reflect what is physically on my shelf, but two people can order the last tub within moments of each other. If that happens I will tell you at once and refund in full.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.

Please do not:

• Place fraudulent or automated bulk orders.
• Scrape, copy or republish site content, photographs or product copy without permission.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Buy for resale without agreeing it with me first.

My responsibility to you is limited to the value of the order you placed. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed training, lost time or lost earnings.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Products are manufactured by third parties. Claims about manufacturing quality, contamination or formulation are matters for the manufacturer, though I will always help you raise them and will refund or replace under the returns policy first.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer in the United States, this does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the law of your own state.

These terms can change. The version in force for your order is the one published on the day you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
