This page says plainly what this counter is, who stands behind it, and what cannot be bought here without a prescription, so nobody has to guess.

Read this first. Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing here diagnoses you. Prescription items are supplied only against a valid prescription and cannot be bought online. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, or already take medication, get professional advice first.

1. Who is behind this counter

We Trust Pharmacy is a single counter run by one individual seller. Orders are checked by that person before they leave.

It is not a chain, a company, a dispensary or a registered firm, and this site does not describe itself as any of those.

Some items on the shelf can only be handed over against a valid prescription. Those cannot be bought online here. They carry no add to cart button, they cannot reach a checkout, and they are only ever supplied after we have read the prescription. Everything else is everyday, non prescription stock you may order directly.

2. Not medical advice

Product descriptions and anything said here by email, phone or message are general product information. We can tell you what a product is, how it is taken and whether it interacts with something else you have. We cannot diagnose you, cannot prescribe, and will not try to.

Get professional advice before starting anything new, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant, trying to conceive or nursing.
  • Have a kidney, liver, heart or metabolic condition, or diabetes.
  • Already take prescription medication of any kind.
  • Are under 18.
  • Have a known allergy or intolerance.

3. No health claims

Nothing on this site is offered as a cure, and no page here promises an outcome. Non prescription stock is sold for everyday care exactly as the manufacturer labels it. Anything that needs a prescription is supplied only against that prescription, and what it is for is between you and the person who wrote it.

What a product does is what its own packaging and leaflet say it does, no more. Results vary from person to person, and nothing bought here replaces professional advice.

4. Read the leaflet

The printed leaflet inside the pack is the authority, not this website. Read it before you take anything, every time, including the dose, the warnings and the list of what it must not be taken with.

Tell me what else you are taking before you order. Interactions are worth asking about before you buy, and I would rather have that conversation before a parcel goes out than after.

5. Product information accuracy

Pack sizes, strengths and details shown here are taken from manufacturer packaging and published information. I copy them as carefully as I can, but manufacturers change packaging without notice.

If what arrives does not match what this site said, tell me. I will correct the page and sort your order out under the returns policy.

6. Other brands

All brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We Trust Pharmacy is an independent counter and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised distributor of any brand listed on this site. Manufacturing, formulation and quality control are the manufacturer’s responsibility.
