No warehouse, no dropshipper, no support team of forty people. Just someone who got tired of not knowing what was actually in the tub, and started stocking the ones worth buying.
Why this counter exists
I have spent years behind a counter watching the same two problems. Either people could not get a straight answer about what they were taking, or they were buying online from someone who would not tell them the batch, the expiry, or even whether the box was in the country.
So this is the counter, online. Everyday care you can order directly, prescription items supplied only against a prescription, and a real person on the other end of the phone. I check every seal and every label myself before anything leaves.
What I will not do
- Sell you something I have not held in my hands.
- Hand over anything that needs a prescription without seeing one.
- Diagnose you, prescribe for you, or promise you an outcome.
- Invent reviews or ratings. Every rating here is gathered and published by an outside service, whatever it says.
- Dress one counter up as a chain or a corporation to look bigger.
How an order actually goes
You order. It lands in my inbox within seconds and sits as Processing. I reply with whatever your chosen payment method needs. Then I pull the tub off the shelf, check the seal, the batch and the expiry, pack it and hand it to the courier, usually the same or next working day. You get the tracking number by email.
If something is wrong when it reaches you, one message fixes it. There is no ticket queue to get through, because there is only one person to reach.
Straight answers
The questions people are too polite to ask, answered before you have to.
Is this a big company?
No. One person, not a company, not a corporation, not a chain, not a registered firm. There is no team, no call centre and no head office.
Who packs my order?
One person, working alone at one counter. Every order is checked by that person before it leaves.
Where is the stock kept?
At my place in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai. It is a storage and dispatch address, not a shop counter you can walk into.
Can I buy anything here without a prescription?
Most of the shelf, yes. Anything that needs a prescription has no add to cart button and cannot reach a checkout. Send the prescription and I will read it and arrange the rest by hand.
