One person, one shelf, one honest shop.
No warehouse, no dropshipper, no support team of forty people. Just someone who got tired of not knowing what was actually in the tub, and started stocking the ones worth buying.
Why this shop exists
I started buying protein for myself and kept running into the same two problems. Either the tub was genuine and cost a fortune, or it was cheap and I had no idea where it had come from. Sellers would not tell you the batch, the expiry or even whether they had it in hand.
So I started buying in slightly larger quantities for friends who trained, keeping it at my place and passing it on at close to what I paid. That grew into this. The stock still lives at my place, I still check every seal before it goes out, and the stock counts you see on product pages are what is physically on the shelf.
What I will not do
- Sell you something I have not held in my hands.
- Pretend a supplement will fix a health problem. It is food, not medicine.
- Invent reviews or ratings. There are none on this site, and that is deliberate.
- Dress a solo shop up as a corporation to look bigger.
- Ship you something I would not put in my own shaker.
How an order actually goes
You order. It lands in my inbox within seconds and sits as Processing. I reply with whatever your chosen payment method needs. Then I pull the tub off the shelf, check the seal, the batch and the expiry, pack it and hand it to the courier, usually the same or next working day. You get the tracking number by email.
If something is wrong when it reaches you, one message fixes it. There is no ticket queue to get through, because there is only one person to reach.
Straight answers
The questions people are too polite to ask, answered before you have to.
Is this a big company?
No. It is one individual seller, not a company, not a corporation, not a registered firm. There is no team, no call centre and no head office.
Is it a real pharmacy?
No, and I would not claim to be. Despite the name, I hold no pharmacy licence and I do not sell medicine. Everything here is a sealed food supplement.
Where is the stock kept?
At my place in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai. It is a storage and dispatch address, not a shop counter you can walk into.
Do you make any of this?
No. Every product arrives sealed by the manufacturer and is resold exactly as I received it. I do not repack, decant or relabel anything.
